To measure the profitability of current jobs and make better decisions about labour utilisation, you need to know precisely where your labour costs are being incurred at a detailed level. The Human Resource (HR) Tracking Labour module captures and reports the hours worked by employee, works order, operation, and department -- enabling you to calculate labour efficiency based on standard and earned hours.
