Production Tracking

The LEAN IMPACT Product Traceability module is specifically designed to keep track of multiple jobs which simultaneously flow through a manufacturing facility as part of a realtime production monitoring solution. LEAN IMPACT Manufacturing Execution System gives production managers and supervisors the information they need to effectively manage the process.

The system allows a real-time view of each job on the process floor, whether it is being worked on or is awaiting operation. This includes split lots and multiple assemblies.

The LEAN IMPACT Product Tracking module is supplied with a production route development tool that allows the key production routes and parameters to be rapidly designed and changed.

LEAN IMPACT provides the ability to link the shop floor to coordinate and track products from goods inwards - through the process - out of final dispatch. This is becoming increasing important in the food industry in line with EU 178/2002 where complete product and process traceability is becoming mandatory.

    RFID tags

The results of the product tracking form genealogy records that can be recalled, printed, emailed to the people and companies that require the information ensuring full product records are kept. LEAN IMPACT reporting tool allows users to query the information and relate the records to production efficiency, quality, batch to batch performance and work in progress.
