Manufacturing quality management has a massive impact on any organisation, from customer satisfaction to cost constraints. The  LEAN IMPACT Manufacturing Execution System quality management module provides the user with the ability to track its quality from goods inwards to dispatch, with the incorporation of all in-process details.

Quality of product being delivered to a company is paramount to saving and optimising the process costs. You can not fully optimise your own process if defective supplied goods cause variances in the process. Accountable measurement of that variance now gives many of our customers the option to recharge their suppliers due to defective supplied goods.

In-process quality can take many forms, from fully automated logging to the manual entry of information. Some processes require detailed Statistical Process Control techniques, others require the automation and verification of job/route cards.

Many of our customers are able to identify and track the quality of a single batch item through all stages of the process, allowing causes and effects to be identified.
