We often find our new customers are surprised at the size of improvement opportunities or when the gap-to-standard from a CONNECT software installation is unearthed, but we don't often see the MD "amused".
A new installation did actually amuse the MD of a client according to their feedback. "Since the Gemba went in on the line they haven't missed one of their targets which has amused the MD as it's never been done before" was a quote from the site. (We are not sure amusement was the first thought of the MD).
