Improving OEE, line speed and downtime
Deli Solutions has been using spreadsheets to record data but these didn’t give any detail on when, where or why problems were occuring. This limited the team in finding the root cause of a problem and from bottlenecks happening again.
The team implemented Gemba’s software to be able to drill down data and hone in on specific problems using the system’s reporting function. This allows Deli Solutions to be able to target the actual area of downtime.
